Protecting your health and well-being is our top priority. We understand the concerns caused by COVID-19, and we’re contributing to an all-out effort to reduce the spread of this infection.

To ensure a safe environment for our patients and staff, we have taken many precautions—including the following:

  • We are in compliance with vaccine mandates as well as other local and federal regulations.
  • Our staff must take their temperature before work.
  • COVID-19 protocols remain in place for staff and patients, including symptom reporting and isolation, quarantining, and testing as recommended by the CDC.
  • Patients are screened by phone before arrival to assess their risk factors.
  • Some treatments may be temporarily postponed.
  • Providers, staff, and patients must wear masks. Please bring your own mask or face covering.
  • Patients are screened for symptoms upon arrival.
  • Strict hand hygiene is practiced, and surfaces are regularly disinfected.
  • The number of individuals in any given space is reduced to allow ample social distancing.
  • Unless there is a true need for a caregiver, accompanying guests may be asked to wait in the safety of their car.

In times like this, it is normal to feel anxious. But we encourage you to follow the advice of healthcare experts at the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). If you think you might have symptoms of COVID-19, this SELF TRIAGE TOOL can help you determine what to do.

Our goal has always been to keep patients and staff safe. With our careful vigilance, eye surgery should not increase the risk of acquiring COVID-19.

Wishing you continued health and safety!
