52 year old female referred for cataract surgery OU. Best visual acuity with habitual spectacles
  • OD -3.00-3.75 x 107 20/60
  • OS -2.00-3.25 x 062 20/40+

Complete eye examination was significant for advanced cataract OU and corneal astigmatism OU. Note that corneal cylinder was less than refractive cylinder, indicating the presence of lenticular cylinder which will be gone after cataract extraction.
