Vision by Pacific Cataract and Laser Institute

Cost and Payment

Known for premium care, Pacific Cataract and Laser Institute does not advertise or promote its services to the general public. Instead patients are accepted on the recommendation and referral of optometric physicians—family eye doctors.

Our Fee for Surgery

Our fee for wavefront optimized LASIK with a bladed flap is $1500 per eye. If you select
our laser flap option, the cost of LASIK is $1800 per eye.

These prices include:

  • In-depth pre-operative consultation and testing—in addition to what your referring doctor provides
  • The surgical procedure
  • Availability of our doctors for care of any complication that may occur during the healing period
  • Free enhancement treatment for life—if it is needed. This is available as long as you are under the care of an optometric physician and are examined annually

Before and After Care

Your family eye doctor has established fees for the important care they provide before and after surgery. Your doctor will:

  • Evaluate your vision goals to determine if you are a good candidate
  • Perform numerous eye tests and then share the results with the surgeon
  • Document any pertinent information from your vision history for our surgeon
  • Perform important follow-up examinations at prescribed intervals to ensure proper healing
  • Closely monitor key aspects of your vision during your recovery to ensure that you achieve the best possible outcome
